My soft skills

  

These are some soft skills that i think i posses which is Listening, Creativity and self confidence 
Listening i am good because i was raised to always listen to my father and bosses.
I think i am creative as if there's a problem i would try think outside the box .
I think i am self confident because i'm not limited to what other people think.

New prodject

 Yesterday we were working on the steel containers. we have had a changed to our original plans of building van sheds because we took the idea to far out builders and he told us to scrap it because there would be problems with the flooring. So we have a new plan with a kit set that has already been purchased and we have yet to start on the concrete pad which is where it will go. All that we could do was dismantle the containers and store them in the container. Pulling them down involved a bit of skill like leaving one bolt in one corner so it doesn't lean one side, and pulling it down together so nothing drops and creates a hazard. 

Retaining wall footpath

 Last week the b.a.c class and I were working on the footpath for our new retaining wall. There was a few steps that we needed to do, first being getting the old bricks out, making a string line and trimming and boxing the edges. After those steps the civil engineering came up and was compacting rocks. We then put corrugated iron and split into groups on team one doing the concrete mix the other flatting and spreading concrete in the designated area. After all the cement was in we did the final smoothing of the concrete and gave the top of it a light sweep to create grip and mold prevention. Our last step was to put some fencing up and clean up all our tools and mess.

Buiding

 Last week ive been working on the bottom foot path at school. For the foot path a group of us had to do a bit of prep work, like digging out the ground to be level, put boxing around the edges then gravel to level out. And the last of the prep work was to put reinforcing mesh in to give it more strength when we pore the cement and level it off.
